UMaine Hutchinson Center announces Early College opportunities for high school students

Belfast, Maine –Through a partnership between the Maine Department of Education and the University of Maine System, funding is available to qualified students to cover full tuition for up to 12 college credits per year.  Aspirations funding is available to high school students on a first-come-first-served basis.  Interested students and parents are encouraged to contact Academic Advisor Amy Smith, 207.338.8004, amy.m.smith@maine.edu to learn more about the application process. Registration is open now.

Courses at the Hutchinson Center are small, personal and meet most general education requirements of all University of Maine System campuses, as well as the majority of college’s nationwide. Early College courses offered Spring 2018:
