Level 1 Technology
Basic use and assisted set up of projector and screen; one classroom.
Level 2 Technology
Level 1 plus: Conference Center room; shared screens; and/or use of microphones and sound system; and/or multiple
presentations/sources.
Level 3 Technology
Level 1, 2 plus: multiple breakout rooms with technology; multiple sessions and source changes; preloading and troubleshooting throughout day; and/or use of camera unit or remote connection assistance.
Level 4 Technology
Any event requiring in-room technology staff throughout event; and/or remote monitoring of live stream technology.
