Inspired Leadership 2017
Diversity and Authenticity
December 7-8, 8:30-3pm
Program Cost: $ 295
Maine’s population is changing, and the workforce reflects these changes and emerging needs. Can we bring our true selves to the table?
Join Dr. Caer Hallundbaek for a 2-day journey into our individual and collective contributions and how to embrace and develop them.
Day 1 will focus on diversity with presenters from OUT Maine, the Maine Multicultural Center in Bangor, and a session on ACEs and Resilience.
Day 2 will engage a journey of self-discovery that will inform and strengthen leadership skills and interactions.
Caer works on the forefront of emerging issues of leadership in environments of change. For 25 years she has helped guide the process of meaningful change and growth in Fortune 500, non-profit, education, tech, policy, health, and faith-based environments.
She has served as president of Maine Media Women and has worked with TIME, PBS National, and NBC. Her award-winning newspaper column “Soul Proprietors” explored Maine entrepreneurs who found ways to better marry their work and personal beliefs and passions.
Caer Hallundbaek holds a doctorate in Interdisciplinary Leadership from Creighton University and has taught Authentic Leadership at the University of Maine.
